• Usage Analytics: Basic rate limiting and usage statistics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide the kudos and recognition functionality
• Generate weekly team summaries and leaderboards
• Prevent spam and abuse through rate limiting
• Improve our service and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely:

• Infrastructure: Hosted on Cloudflare's secure global network
• Database: Cloudflare D1 with built-in security and encryption
• Access Control: Strict access controls and monitoring

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information:

• With Slack for authentication and service provision
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• In the event of a business merger or acquisition (with notice)

• Rate limiting data: Automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Workspace data: Retained while the app is installed
