What we collect

RotaryX collects only what's needed to function:

• Slack workspace ID and name
• OAuth access token (to post messages)
• Rotation configurations you create
• Slack user IDs in rotations

What we don't collect

• Message content from your channels
• Personal information beyond Slack user IDs
• Usage analytics or tracking data

Data storage

All data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database) with encryption at rest. Data is distributed globally on Cloudflare's edge network.

Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate RotaryX:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) - Infrastructure, compute, and database hosting
• Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) - Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information directly; we never see or store card details.

Data deletion

Uninstall RotaryX from your Slack workspace and all associated data is automatically deleted. You can also email us to request deletion.
